This is the story of a gin distiller who took a bicycle ride through the Belgian countryside and fell in love with the culture. He wanted to make something bold, something with a lot of flavour and representative of both backgrounds.

§ How it tastes

Belgian farm workers drank it in the fields. The yeast throws pepper and citrus, the finish is bone dry, and the carbonation scrubs your palate between mouthfuls. If you like hazy IPAs for the fruit but not the bitterness, this is the same brightness with none of the bite.
