Email hi@getstubby.com and we’ll get back to you, usually within two business days. Tell us your handle (or the email you signed up with) and, if you’re reporting a bug, your device and app version so we can reproduce it.

Account & sign-in

Stubby signs you in with Apple, Google, or an email one-time passcode — there’s no password to reset. If a passcode email doesn’t arrive, check spam and confirm you entered the same address you signed up with. Still stuck? Email hi@getstubby.com from that address and we’ll sort it out.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app: go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, or delete it on the web from your account page. This permanently removes your personal data — email, name, handle, photo, sign-in identities, and the photos and notes attached to your visits — and cannot be undone. Breweries & beer data

Found a brewery with the wrong hours, a missing tap, or a beer that shouldn’t be there? Tell us at hi@getstubby.com and we’ll fix it. If you run a brewery and want to claim your page, start at getstubby.com/for-breweries.

Eligibility

Stubby is for adults of legal drinking age — 19+ in Ontario (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Québec). If you believe an account belongs to someone underage, let us know at hi@getstubby.com.
