§ How it tastes

Cherry, peach or raspberry stirred into an otherwise gentle beer, so the fruit is the point and the beer gets out of the way. Unlike a fruited sour there is no acidity to brace for, which makes it the softest landing on any tap list. Order it in summer, or on someone's first visit.

That's the style. This beer is one brewery's take on it.
