§ Brewer FAQ

Before you send.

Who can claim a brewery?: Owners, managers, or anyone authorized by the brewery to manage its public information. We verify the requester's email against the brewery's domain before approving the claim.
What email should I use?: Use an email at the brewery's domain — e.g. owner@yourbrewery.ca. We use that match as our verification signal. If your brewery uses a Gmail address, mention that in the role field and we'll work it out manually.
How much does it cost?: Free during Stubby v1 — your claimed page, tap-list edits, and the Stub/Crown moments your customers earn cost you nothing. A paid brewer dashboard with analytics + push reach lands in v1.1 and is strictly opt-in.
What can I edit once claimed?: Six profile fields: description, website, photo, logo, brand colour, and hours. We deliberately keep identity fields (name, address, location) out of the edit surface — those are claim-level and changes go through us so listings stay trustworthy.
What if someone else already claimed my brewery?: Email brewers@getstubby.com from your brewery domain with proof of authorization (a business-licence scan or a domain DNS record check) and we'll review within two business days. Claims are revocable — accidental or stale claims get cleared up.
