Vines is a series of oak aged wild ales that celebrates wine grapes in all manifestations. Each batch is blended based on the grape varietal at hand, and fermented based on the state those grapes are in (whole cluster, de-stemmed, lightly pressed skins, etc.

§ How it tastes

Left for months or years in barrels with whatever yeast wandered in, so it comes out sour, earthy, and strange in a way no other beer is. Two bottles of the same thing will not taste the same. A great beer and an awful place to start.
